We operate an online store on the websites rhholsters.cz and rhholsters.store

 A.  Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form and email. These include: Address, phone number, email.

Why?

We contact you through these details for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – actions taken for the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process your personal data?

If we do not proceed with further cooperation, we will process your data for up to 5 years from our last communication.

 B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will process the information you provide. This mainly includes billing details: name, surname, address, phone number, email.

Why?

We need to process your personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you through your contact details regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your inquiries or information about updates.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other purposes).

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.

For the duration of our service provision and then for 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications) 

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt-out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our updates.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you have not opted out during the purchase.

How long will we process your personal data?

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, certain companies or other parties who help with the operation of our online store will have access to the data. These include:

• The operator of the e-commerce platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., located at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
• Companies involved in the shipping of goods (Zásilkovna, DPD)

       Your personal data may also be accessible to the following entities:

• Shoptet a.s.
• Ecomail.cz s.r.o.

We process personal data only within the European Union.
